Circular knife machine installation precautions
1. First inspection/piece: (including checking the drawing size and preparation before production). The engineer must check the drawing and notes related to the product before the first inspection, such as: key size control, appearance, exempted from inspection or not, packaging, etc. The engineer will conduct the first inspection after the check, during which he can make preparations before production, including preparing rubber hose, materials and cleaning machine surrounding sanitation.
2. Installation: (including tool die loading and material moving), install the tool die according to the requirements of the technical drawing, pay attention to avoid collision and damage to the tool die, pay attention to the coordination of the hob side moving assembly and the tool die teeth number, subject to the inspection of the tool shaft attached to the steel roller, install the tool also pay attention to below items A and B, material moving refers to the use of appropriate wide auxiliary materials from the main tension shaft to the product reel:
A, the width of the material is generally more than the width of the cutter die 8~10mm
B, in the process of material (paper) to ensure the constant tension of each station
3. Knife washing and sponge pad: (refers to the special pad sponge for knife die), it is recommended to use a toothbrush + industrial gasoline to wash the knife. When the product is less than 1.5mm gap, the pad sponge is required. The density of the sponge is 50~60 degrees, and the thickness is determined according to the height of the knife chamber. In addition, pay attention to calculate the thickness of sponge double-sided tape.
Operation specifications before starting production:
1. Check whether the product has beak;
2, check whether the die cutting and box sample size is the same;
3, install the die cutting version, lock the screw, to prevent the die cutting version loose. The thickness of the bottom die is the thickness of the paper of the die cutting product.
4, according to the number of products, paper type and carton structure to select the bottom template material;
5, according to the thickness of the paper, adjust the die cutting pressure, the pressure should be gradually increased from light to heavy to 80% penetration, otherwise it will cause equipment damage;
6, install the bottom template, clean the surface debris and lock;
7. After adjusting all parts, production samples shall be made according to the requirements of box samples, and no quality problems shall be checked. Normal production can be carried out after the supervisor signs the samples;
8. Adjust the position of the upper and lower thimbles of the paper removing parts and lock them tightly.
Operating specifications in production:
1, in the production process, each batch of sampling inspection twice, quality problems timely reflect, after the solution can continue production;
2. Work according to the production requirements and sample signing standards of the construction order;
3. If material problems are found, stop production, fill in the "Feedback Sheet of Poor Quality of Production Materials", and ask relevant departments to coordinate and solve them, so as to prepare for subsequent production;
4, each version of die cutting, to carry out a comprehensive inspection, fill in the "die cutting process sheet". In case of quality problems, the products should be separated in time, and fill in the Abnormal Product Flow Sheet.
Normal problems solve solutions and maintenance:
Some enterprises of circular die cutting machine, in order to let the die cutting machine play an efficient role, we must let the equipment manufacturing enterprises do a good job of operator and tool training, for common problems do a good job of corresponding solutions.
(1) Prepare sponge bounce adhesive strips with thickness of 2.5mm and gaskets with different thickness specifications, read the instructions more, and understand the principle of mechanical transmission and circular die cutting. Because the gap between the upper edge and the lower roll of the rotary die cutting machine is only 0.003 ~ 0.008mm, the gap is too large to lead to the burring of the cigarette pack or not open, and the gap is too small and easy to crush the die cutting edge. If the gap is too large, the shaft end roller should be moved to reduce the gap between the upper and lower tool rolls (now the tool roll has a taper roller at the shaft end, convenient adjustment of the gap between the upper and lower tool rolls), in order to achieve the ideal gap state.
(2) The blade is worn in each shift, each shift should carefully check the blade of the die cutter roll, waste needle, waste shovel and other wear, if there is local wear, it can be solved by the high pad cutter block.
(3) When starting the machine, we should be diligent in observing the production situation of product die-cutting and make a good record. If any abnormality is found, we should stop the machine for inspection immediately.
